Key Responsibilities:
Instruction and Coaching:
Conduct sim racing lessons and coaching sessions to help individuals improve their skills.
Provide guidance on areas like track knowledge, car setup, driving techniques, and racing strategy.
Use simulators to create and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
Performance Evaluation:
Evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Analyze data and track progress to help students achieve their goals.
Technical Support:
Assist students with car setups, understanding vehicle dynamics, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Provide guidance on optimizing racing performance through data analysis and strategy development.
Communication and Organization:
Communicate effectively with students and coaches, establishing a clear understanding of goals and objectives.
Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Manage scheduling, student assessments, and program evaluations.
