Requirements
Instruction and Skill Development:
Teaching fundamentals: Coaching basic skills like hitting, pitching, fielding, and base running.

Designing practice plans: Creating drills and exercises to improve specific areas of skill development.
Evaluating player performance: Assessing progress and identifying areas for improvement.
Providing constructive feedback: Offering guidance and encouragement to help players improve.
Player Guidance and Support:
Motivating and encouraging players: Inspiring players to reach their potential and develop a love for the game.
Serving as a role model: Demonstrating good sportsmanship and positive character traits.
Helping players balance academics and athletics: Supporting players in their overall development.
Communication with parents: Keeping parents informed about their child's progress and any concerns.
Other Responsibilities:
