Law License: Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Experience: Relevant legal experience, often with a preference for a combination of law firm and in-house experience. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop effective legal strategies. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills for contract management and dispute resolution.
